Safety - originality - competitiveness

     This might sound like "Heresy" - does anyone think we should group
cars based on their speed
capability rather than on what it should be.

     Possible benefits:

1. End all the bitching about what the other guy has on his car

     (that we don't control regardless of how much we say we do)

2. Possibly fewer groups so the ones left could have more track time.

3.  More competition in the groups left rather than a field finishing in
order of dollars spent.
