Actually, there was a very fast, very nice TR4 (qualified first, finished
second) there last weekend (at the Historics) and of course there was
Peyote.
I don't detect any of these guys driving their cars all that slow. Peyote
finished sixth in a fine mix of 26 cars, including a Birdcage Maserati
that passed me (I didn't make it easy) and then spun right in front of me
in the corkscrew. I repassed, and then spun in fron of him in turn five.
I had a nice battle with some single-seater porsches and a wad of Lolas,
Lotus 11/15, and Ferraris. Beat the Ferraris.
