Michael,

The masters and calipers are rebuilt with only two races on them prior to this
past weekend.

Micheal,

I suspect the alignment caused the rotor & pad damage but I still can't get
the brakes to bleed

and get the pedal back where it wants to be. I pushed almost two quarts of
fresh fluid through

over the weekend. I'm going to get new Wilwood masters to start with.

All I haveB in the front circuit is the line splitter that runs to the left &
right calipers.B
Must have misread--thought you said you got a good pedal later.B No
matter--if the system was really, really hot, that could have caused some
damage to the rubbers in the system.B Before you invest in new masters, did
you install new caliper piston seals and new rubbers in the master
cylinders?B Most nitrile rubbers can handle temps up to about 500 deg. F.B
If you boiled the fluid really good, the heat transfer into the fluid goes way
down, and the calipers would get really, really hot.

Something to consider, anyway.

Cheers.
