        As I understand it the rear spoiler rule has been subject to change as
contestants come up with new interpretations that are not what SCTA had in
mind. You have to remember that SCTA is a volunteer organization, and they
have a finite number of people writing rules verses an infinite number of
people trying to bend the rules.
        All things considered I think they do a wonderful job.  Rich Fox
