I have really enjoyed all these different ideas.... amazing how semi sharp
some of you are... My favorites are the off list reply's..... like just add
peanut butter and eat the dang thing....

But I think the honest answer is multiphase.... first get it up again with
the new gear set.... then use a dry spray from one of several companies that
my web search netted.... ( mike I can't find your south Carolina company )
THEN to prove the worth of coating's Russ Meeks is going to coat it and cook
it .... then I am going to continue to dry spray the gear set.

The interesting part of all this exercise is how little it has to do with
racing but how many of you responded to an honest outside the scope request
for general information..... it just shows what a quality group of yahoo's
you really are..... Except of course Dave.... we chatted this morning and
he was trying to figure out how to take the Temp of the unit while it was on
the go and then figure out if he could convert it to a Rotary set up with
multiport oil injection timed of course by a Motec box.... ( okay his real
answer was a quality gear box eliminateing the gears entirely... which would
only cost about as much as 3 sets of gears .... Trust me this actually
scares me cause it makes to much sense )

I'll let you know how it turns out.... and by the way... for all non
concerned parties... the Vibrator is working fine and it's actual REAL deal
replacement is on the way....

Keith ( why yes running a manufactuering facility can be as much fun as
racing so long as you don't take it seriously.... LOL... )
