Not trying to drop a tidbit and run as this is all new to me also, but
from studying early liners like Rayborn's and others I have attempted to find
out myself. More trail equals less reponse to steering changes but adds to
stability,
At present we have omly been making passes atpart throttle and small speeds
where it is on edge of being able to retract out riggers. Its hard finding
space to test at in the Mid Atlantic region. Hopefully next month at Maxton
shouls give us insight to whether we are on right path.

do you mean "It really is a matter concerning trail and steering."-- ?? Are
you saying we need to build these things with geometry that is more
responsive to (handlebar) turn inputs?
