Here's my 2 cents. First, in America you have to do it someone else's money.
You plan how much you need and go get the funding and sponsors. Then you put
at least 75% of the money in to your own personal account to spent on 2 new
Mercedes, college education for your kids, new shop, new trucks, bigger piece
of land, new trailers(plural) new house for the bigger land, all new tooling,
etc. You then start the car and quickly run out of money to complete it. So
you petition the old time land speed racers who quickly tell you to stuff it
where the sun don't shine and you quit to live in your new house and keep the
money you recieved from selling the now not needed trucks and trailers. In
America it will never happen unless Bill Gates decides to do it........ It's
