the answer my friends is a goosneck trailer , sure you have to sacrifice
some truck bed area but you will be very pleased that you did.
i have a very short truck ( 1961 international scout ) and it is a bear to
pull a bumper pull trailer but i can hook up my gooseneck ( homebuilt ) and
load my massey ferguson ( not light by any means ) on it and go down the
road .
 at any speed you can induce a sway by manipulating the steering wheel and
just kinda relax your grip on the wheel and it will straighten right up.
if you ever use a gooseneck you wont go back to bumper pull.
