Because nobody has run there he could start his own two club and create his
own rules... he'd be the first to set a record... LOL.... Only those of us
that do this as a hobby would know the difference....

The only two club currently in the US that requires a two way average is
Bonneville the other three only require you set a record at or over 200mph.
