Take it from someone who has done it several
times. The trailer is by far the best method:
Example: Moved from Plano, TX to Prosper, TX
(Mileage 20 miles) Used a tow dolly for 67 MGB
and because of the wheel dimmension between the fronts
ending up putting it back on several times in that
short of a distance.
Used a trailer to move from Dallas to Houston
and recently aquired a 72 TR6. Moved it from
Denver to Houston in 21 hours.
All of this was done on a trailer. It is by FAR
the only way to go. The little bit extra money
is worth the piece of mind that you have with the
trailer.
