He was in and out of the emergency room in under an hour. We got lucky. I live 
in Indiana, PA.   My office is just a few minutes from the hospital.  The coach
called me on his cell phone to tell me my son was on his way to the hospital 
and I actually got there before him.  Practices are 2 hours - twice a day until
school starts.

We are spoiled out here in the country.  Normally it takes 1-2 hours.

Where do you live?  I have never been able to get in and out of an emergency
room
in under 2 to 3 hours.  Either you have an amazing emergency room, or more
likely
that coach should not force the kids to practice soccer for 6 hours straight :-)
