Sorta coincides with the growth in popularity of NASCAR. So has drafting
(Tailgating), left lane cruising and the associated passing on the right,
cutting over at the last moment to exit(pit stop), unsafe lane changes
(can't lose the draft), etc. I swear there is a correlation.
