I agree Dan, I just happen to think, given the country I live in, the very
best way to solve the problem is to let the economy do it. We don't, in my
opinion, need the big brother government to come in and tell us what kind of
car we can or cannot buy. Give it a while and simple economics will push
more
of the folks without kids and dogs or mountain roads out of the SUV and into
whatever is in vouge at the time.
When is the last time a government program solved anything, except perhaps
WWII and I'm sure some would argue private enterprise could have done it more
effieciently?
I just irks me that every time there is a perceived problem, someone whats
Uncle Sam to step in and fix it. Gas is too high, my kids can't read, my,
my,
mine, mine...reminds me of the sea gulls in that cartoon movie.
