This relates to why I'm toiling over the rear licence plate mount. I
would be happy to leave the plate attached to the valence, except that in
NJ the law states all licence plates have to be at least 12 inches above
the pavement. Now, I've been accused of taking "the life thing" a bit
too seriously by friends who feel compelled to comment, and maybe I
should turn a blind eye to this issue, but I did want to look into
alternatives. I'm still thinking a mounting, immediately above the
bumper, and directly behind the spare tire, won't look bad either. I'm
tempted to give it a try. Oh well. Probably more than anything, its
this compulsive need to tinker. Is that viral or bacterial?
