The chassis number is stamped on the cross member under your seat. Usually
hard to read due to the rust.
You can also get the chassis number in a round about way as follows. Atop
the wheel well on the right hand side Morgan stamps the body or tub number.
It is easy to read. On my 4/4 Mog it consists of a "B" followed by four
digits. The factory can get you the chassis number from the tub number plus
lotsa other data such as date of manufacture, original accessories, color,
etc.
