Your assumptions are right.  Connect B to battery (or some other high current 
source such as where the battery cable connects to the starter motor), S 
(switch) to the horn button and H to the only terminal on your horn.

Joe - I have a 12V relay with three contacts that I was hoping to use - they 
are marked H, B, and S.
I assume that the H is to the horn itself, the B is battery and S is horn 
button.
I would really appreciate a wiring schematic that shows how to wire a horn with 
only one contact (positive) that grounds to the body.

        Basically the horn circuit will take a relay.  The horn button supplies
        the ground to close the set of points inside the relay.  When the
        points close current flows to the horn to make it sound.
        
        If you would like, I can draw you up the wiring schematic for wiring in
        a 30 Amp Bosch Relay.
