As I told you earlier plan for a lift height for yourself and for resale
sometime later. We do 14' sidewalls on all of our shops now. We build for
industrial park use and you can drive a semi in with the stacks still on it
usually. My partner and I bought a wrecker yard with an old shop and the
lift we bought will not work without raising a ceiling or worse possibly a
roof section. Our weather is good enough we are going to put the lift
outside next to the building now.
