Hi Charles,
I'm running wires on my Bug-i. It uses 155/80/13. Any bigger will rub the
bonnet of my Bug-i. Look for a good traction tread. I wouldn't go with a
performance tire as I don't think many Spridgets will go over a hundred very
often and those that do are on special tires for a race track.
