Larry,

As there are rarely passengers in my Tiger, one can and should make the
assumption that the fault is with the driver based on your assertions
concerning muffler bearings and Tigers.

With these facts in mind, could one also draw a causal relationship between
muffler bearings and ripped driver side seats??

Wondering and pondering in San Diego.

There is a mathematical reltionship of muffler bearing to exhaust smell, but
yo are required to be an acolyte in training. And it is entirely possible
that
only Alpines have muffler bearings. So if your are driving your Tiger,
better
check your passenger....
