If you are saying that your distributor bolt loosened
again after tightening it, I would look for the source
of why that is occuring.  Perhaps this question needs
to be researched.  My vote is that the rubber O-ring
in the shaft have worn and is allowing the shaft to
vibrate.  Locktite may fix the symptom but not the
cause.  Anybody else care to guess.
