I have to agree with Mark in that we need to promote some sort of rule 
stability. Lets
at least try the new format before making changes. I'm an AS driver (C4 vette) 
and I'm
just now getting my 1st realistic chance to try the new class stucture at the 
national level
these next 2 weeks at Atwater, and thats still a good 10 hour drive from here. 
Its not even May
yet and already we are ready to change? I think we need to look at this entire 
year before
considering changes, and then any changes made should go into effect the year 
after that
(2004). The exception would be option #2, moving the S2000 and Boxster from BS 
to AS,
if this was already being considered with the last rule change. I am personally 
against
that, but I don't think we have enough data yet. We should by the end of the 
year.

Concerning opening up SS to more "Super" Cars like the Viper ACR and 4WD 
Porsches,
I don't think the class should have been closed to them in the 1st place.

I also have to agree with Mark's assesment of option#1.
