Fine points? Please define fine. Don't get me wrong I love racing and we
need more places to do it BUT the history behind this place shows the
owner clearly violated just about every "special" use permit he was ever
granted.
While many will disagree my gut feeling tells me this is very bad for
Racing. In the future communitys may/will use this facilities actions
against any new track proposals.
