I take that as a personal insult.  I'm damned proud of the service I give to
the citizens of Saint Paul.  I AM there to help them, and I will continue to
do
it as much as the laws (written by politicians) will let me.

Now, about the actual subject here:  This California GPS-tracking proposal
is one of the most half-baked and ill-advised ideas I have ever heard.  Fuel
taxes seem to be a pretty good way of paying for transportation needs.
