I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS added $1000.00 value to Hortense's "value" every year.
PERIOD.
Whether I had spent some serious $s on her on not.
Purpose you may ask?
She is insured for the amount (or close to it) that it would cost for me to
REPLACE her as she is! Yes, I have "some" serious $s in her on what might
be construed as normal wear & tear BUT I also have my "hobby" HOURS of labor
in her!!
IF I where to have a TOTAL (or theft) problem I want her "replacement" (and
NO she can't be<G>) to be exactly (or better) as she is!
