Rimmer has the seat foams priced at $157.33 for all four and shipping is
free through August 11th.  That's where I intend to get mine.  That's a
savings of $58.67 plus shipping costs from the "big three".

I have also thought about doing my seats myself.  Just another way to cut
foam; An electric carving knife like the one used to cut turkeys at
Thanksgiving works very well for trimming foam.  They also make an electric
hot knife for this purpose (foam not turkey).
