I'm about to fit the windshield to my '74 rebuild project. On the screen I
took from a '74, I see black caulking between the glass and rubber seal, and
between the seal and the frame.
Windshield people I spoke to say there should be no need for extra caulking -
the rubber seal should be enough.
What are listers opinions? and if caulking is needed, what type?
