Hi Jim:

I agree with you. I have been dealing with TRF since it opened, over 20
years ago. I have always found them to be honest, fair, and making a
great effort to please me, their customer. Charles has always been a
little late in embracing technology. I believe he is still doing most of
his back office paper work with a pencil and that is probably what is
going on here. It's not right but it's probably what is happening. Until
he is up to speed the best way to handle your problem is to contact the
credit card company. Meanwhile, remember that Charles has been a friend
to our sports car club community for many years. Lets not be so quick to
vilify him.
