I've been a TRF customer on and off since 1985 and am a satisfied customer. I
also use Moss, VB,
and BPNW for parts but the bulk of my parts come from TRF. I buy a lot of
parts (rolling resto) and I return
a measurable percentage of them for various reasons. Their return policy is
excellent. On one occasion I didn't
receive a physical credit memo until a couple of months after I had _spent_ the
refund on something else.
Perhaps they have a problem with one of their internal systems.

As far as delays getting a core charge refunded, my only bad experience was
with Rimmer- they
apparently 'forgot' to refund me the substantial core charge for a set of
rebuilt Lucas fuel injectors.
I faxed them about the problem after a couple of months of no credit on my
statement.
They responded with immediate refund, and I'm sure some of the delay was due to
international
shipping/customs of the returned items.
