I had the motor mounts on my 63 TR-4 replaced with new mounts purchased from 
Moss.  I do not know how my mechanic replaced the mounts but I have learned 
since that the new mounts are not the same as the original and there is 
virtually no clearance between the fan hub extension and the steering rack.  
This becomes a major problem if you have to change your fanbelt.  Make sure 
that the new mounts do not lower the motor.
