Forgot to mention, the adaptor plate is also different. I believe the TR3
plate can be modified to fit the TR4 gearbox, the main issue is clearance
for the ends of the reverse and counter shafts. They stick out of the main
housing on a 4-synchro, unlike a 3-synchro.
