C'mon guys- this idea goes at LEAST as far back as WWII, when GI's in
Europe(among other places) used the manifolds of Jeeps, Wimpys and Deuces to
cook while they moved. Potatoes would get stuck there, c-ration cans,
canteens(to make nice warm shaving and wash up water). Probably even
predates that.(Roman legions cooked in tin cans warmed by a horses...?) I
seem to remember a story of a jeep running along a road when it apparently
took enemy fire- there was a loud bang and they stopped and jumped into a
ditch. When nothing further happened, they got out of the ditch, and opened
the bonnet to discover the engine liberally doused in beef stew. Seems the
chef forgot to pop a hole in the tin.

Nothing new to see here.
