Darrell (and Clark), this concept would have my full support. I've long
understood and appreciated the "reasoning" George Rabey had behind the
policy...but
I've just as long disagreed with it. ;-)

concours again, one of the reasons being that I learned so little.........
What do you think of taking a general membership vote on the subject???? I
don't think that this should be one person's decision........
