Speaking as a member of two of the 5 clubs that rotate Triumphest each
year,
I believe there would be some other significant hurdles to be overcome
to
combine these events.  One of them is the markedly different judging
standards ... Triumphest doesn't even have a Concours judging, we call
it a
Funcours for a very good reason !

As someone already said ... If you don't like what's being done, stand
up
and volunteer to do it your way !  I'll come to Phoenix ... if you can
guarantee the weather won't be over 90F <g>

My point exactly!  :)
That is why Triumphest is not held in Phoenix but rather in Laughlin, NV
(not well attended by CA people either)
