IMO, yes.  When you take it apart, also pay attention to how tight the bearing
cups are in the flanges.  If you can move them with your fingers, most likely
the flanges are worn and need to be replaced.  There's an entire driveshaft on
eBay at the moment, no bids at $10 when I saw it.

I don't know what other cars it fits, but I know it's a common U-joint.  You
could try asking for a U-joint for your TR250, or that's too old, a later TR6.

AFAIK, no.  But if you unscrew the cap and push it up the splines with the seal
still inside it, you can clean and grease the working surface of the splines
without ruining the seal.  Be sure to pay attention to how the yoke is oriented
relative to the driveshaft, it's important.
