I had thought I would use the stock exhaust system, and therefore was not paying attention to past discussions on exhaust systems. Any comments out there on Monza vs ANSA systems? I understand that A

Don--I have an Ansa on my dual downpipe 72 TR6 and love the sound and appearance. I've never had a Monza, but have read many who dislike it's very loud nature. The Ansa that's up on ebaY currently do

I can't comment on ANSA, but I can about Monza since I've been using it for a few years now. Monza looks and sounds great; the only problem is how incredibly loud it is. Right now, my 20 year old ea

The ANSA is a quality exhaust system... and basically anything produced by Monza / Pacesetter is not a quality product. The ANSA system is a much heavier gauge steel tubing (both systems are mild st

I haven't heard the Monza exhaust in a while, but I sure do love the ANSA! It's a bit louder than stock & "chirpier-new word" than the mellow sound of the stainless Falcon system. I suppose people c

If your thinking of non stock exhaust then you might consider the twin sports system that is readily available. It's constructed of Stainless Steel, available in single or twin pipe and has a very n

My experience parallels Shawn's. Of the 'available' exhausts, I like the Sport system tone the best. I won't use a Monza on my daily driver. Jim sports it twin

Hi Shawn, Are you sure the Sports exhaust comes in the early single pipe version? Moss only shows the dual pipe version, and there is only one Sports system listed in the online parts at TRF. I'll ca

I might have jumped the gun on the single pipe version. Though my Rimmer Catalog shows a single system that then splits to dual that is designed to be used with a header that reduces to a single outl

Why don't you use the headers without the y-connect, and use the double outlet system that Shawn described. I have the header you mentioned (Falcon, but sourced from Moss Motors in UK...In stock!),

I while back I inquired with someone at Stebro, as they did not list an exhaust system for the TR250/TR6. As I recall, to have one complete system custom built, it would cost appoximately $800. I'm

Hi Joe, According to Kas and others a single 2.5 inch pipe is better than two pipes. I'm not sure why. I also think the Falcon is 2.25" rather than 2.5" so I'm not sure of the implication of that. Ex

You're correct in that ANSA made two TR systems. The straight cut tip as in the eBay auction for TR250 and early 6, and the slant cut tips for later TR6 with dual pipes. I had, and have, the early A
