David, Just ignore the angry non winning bidder..EBAY clearly states that you have from the time the auction STARTS til the auction ENDS to place a bid, whether it be at the first second or the last

I always enjoy last second bidding. My best was 3 seconds to go, beat another bidder by 2 seconds. For the life of me, as a purchaser, I don't understand why people bid on an item with days and days
