Hi Paul, Not likely. This seems to be a common fix when a shortcut is needed to clean up an engine bay. To detail and prep the area around the engine all but the engine should be removed. Unless the

I believe these silver-colored stickers, which give some emissions and tuning information, are available from Moss USA. So I think it's likely the PO put a new one on the wheel arch after the respray

Hi Listers, I'm new to the Triumph thing but I'm sure I read recently that these cars were painted all one color first, including under the hood, then the factory went back and sprayed over the body

I am prep'ing for a frame-up restoration & have been taking lots of digital pictures. I noticed that my "trunk" is painted "black" but the rest of the car is the same body color (very faded blue). D
