Hmm, I wondered why we took so long? But I wouldn't have it any other
way.

I have done a number of them myself in way less than 6 with air tools.
Surely there is a local club member to help. To help out a club member I
organized a tech session in a week or so and had 12 people show up to
help ...although it could have been the beverages that were offered.
Where are you located?

Subject: TR-6 Transmission installation

I just got a call from my mechanic saying that my transmission was
rebuilt
and OD installed. What I am debating is if I should install the
transmission
myself or have him do it. He told me that it would take 6 hours but that
is
including removal of all the carpets, tunnel cover etc... I can
basically do
all that myself but was wondering if I can install the tranny myself.

Is it a straight forward install? Or are there adjustment I need to do?

Thanks,

Patrick
