I think it's because of the blazin' speeds you CMod cars run and us much
slower EMod cars can barely keep up!!!!  :)  Or because most EM cars have
more stuff around us like metal body parts and the like and then again maybe
they think we're crazy enough to build some ridiculous car and we crazy
enough to race with only a lap belt (not me though)!
