Nope, electrical.  Don't have to deal with pi much on a regular basis, so we
don't care too much.  Besides, 22/7ths is just too big...

Close also counts in hydrogen bombs, and other weapons of mass destruction.
A Nuclear-tipped tomahawk has an accuracy of +/- 3 meters.  Close enough for
me...
