Here's a hint Jeff.  The words "up to" in the first sentence there are
pretty key.

There's not a gradation on a curve (of how much you prepare a car to GTCS) when 
it comes
to illegal modifications. My previous ESP Mustang was illegal for GTCS (and 
obviously
PCS<s>) when I researched the GCR and spoke with many *actual* SCCA roadracers. 
The only
thing it was legal for without spending money undoing mods was the regional SPO 
class. And
that ESP Mustang was far less prepped than my current one is.
