With all the discussion around hammertone paint, it seems an example is needed. Hammertone is the finish used on the gray metal Sears Craftsman tool boxes (not the red cabinets for the garage, but the small portable boxes with the handle on top). It is a smooth paint with a mottled look, very different from a "crinkle" finish. |
