Move to Washington State, pay a one time registration  fee of $38, pass GO and 
do not stop for emmissions ever again, get a cool little plate that says 
"Collector Car" and feel wonderful about the fact that emmissions tests are 
just a bad memory. Oh, and practice saying "honest officer, I'm heading 
to/coming back from a roadster meet".
