Allen,
I have seen several cars with no trim. All I can say is when you fill the
seams to blend in with the rest of the panel, make sure you spend the bucks
and do it right. Personally, I like the look of the trim and will always
keep it on my cars.
However, some cars like Jon Frampton's awesome 67.5 1600 and Ken Pletcher's
Uber-custom car look great without trim. It's just a personal preference.
