Tim,
If you still have the prior auction number (I assume it's on your photocopy
of the money order that you plan to show the sheriff), why not send a
question asking if it is the same harness you did not receive, and reference
the original auction. Ebay is stacked against buyer feedback - the one
negative I got was from a guy who sold a car I won to somebody local after
the end of the auction - but at least they have separated buyer and seller
feedback. I'm much more concerned about feedback on sellers who don't follow
through, since the buyer has to pony up before the seller.
