I figured out a way for you to empower yourself in solving this problem and
have the solution for you too. As I understand it, you have no control of
influence over the printing or distribution processes - just content / layout.
OK - so from now on, add a beautiful topless or completely nude centerfold in
each magazine! That would require the magazine to poly-bagged for everyone.
WA-LA - Problem solved! Magazine (arguably) improved!
Now to figure out a way to help all the old-timers diffentiate their new
poly-bagged HM mag from their Playboys! Oh well, that's a different problem.

during the agenda item referring to the HM? Perhaps we will find that others
around the country consistently undergo delay in receiving their magazines and
address an inquiry to the publisher or whoever is responsible for mailing?
