No, It just happens that people who lock the door also put their top up for 
the sake of keeping people out. My tops been down for months. I don't even 
know if it will reach the windshield ;-)

        All this talk about cutting the top leads me to believe that some
people put their tops up. Sounds like a recent discussion? This may just
be a sneaky way of getting the offenders to admit that they do it. Who
knows someone may be taking names and keeping a list!
