Well, at the risk of beating a long dead horse, my top was cut while I was
parking the Midget at a public garage for $30 a month because I though that
was better than leaving it under a cover on a Chicago city street all winter.
 Private garages in Lincoln Park were renting for $150 a month back then.
 Now I have to fight with the SO to keep the car from serving as a shelf all
winter, but at least its in my own garage.  Progress.
