The amount of water flow that you need is related to the power output of the
engine and the size of the radiator.  As the radiator in your car is
probably quite large for the amount of power produced, the flow requirement
is most likely not very high.  I don't have any hard info but might guess
that 5 gallons per minute ought to be sufficient.
