The computer store down the road has a little file that would be suitable
for something like this.  It's got four or five drawers, each about 10"X8"X2"
They each have a flip up lid, a latch, a handle, and are divided into smaller 
compartments.
They come outof the file, so you can take them where you need the parts.
The thing is from Klein tools, so it's probablyw reasonalby well made, and
very expensive.
